Mr Rudolf
You will need:
• Red fondant
• Black fondant
• White fondant
• Brown gel paste
• Buttercream
• 2cm and 1cm leaf cutter
• 0.5cm, 1cm, 1.5cm, 2cm
2.5 cm , 7cm circle cutter
• Wilton blade tool
• Paint brush
• Craft knife
• Fondant roller
• A Cupcake
Step 1:
Step 2:
Roll out a small proportion of brown
fondant and use a 7cm circle cutter
to cut.
Using the 2cm and 1cm leaf cutter
cut out Rudolf’s ears and 1.5cm,
2cm and 2.5cm circle cutter , cut out
the circle shapes .
Step 3:
Step 4:
Apply the shapes with a paintbrush
and water to the topper.
Using circle plunger cutters ( 0.5cm
and 1cm ) cut out the eyes. Free
hand cut the sparkle ( white moon
shaped fondant) for Rudolf’s nose.
