My love for cake decorating started many years ago,
when I was working as a pastry chef in a 5 star hotel in
Switzerland. I saw a gigantic and beautiful English style
wedding cake. It was love at first sight and I knew from
that moment exactly what I wanted to do in my life.
This was the reason I came to Australia, I worked for
some of Sydney’s top cake shops including Sweet Art
and Planet Cake.
During my seven-year career at Planet Cake, I
pioneered the teaching programs and was the
creative force behind some of the most recognizable
and original cake designs. I created cakes for many
famous people including Nicole Kidman, Keith
Urban, The Wiggles - just to name a few. I was involved in 3 of the books published by Planet Cake, as well
