About the Author

Zoe Clark is one of London’s leading cake
designers, and her work regularly appears
throughout the world in bestselling bridal and
sugarcraft magazines.
Her cake designs have also featured on television
and in films, and she has previously produced six
books for D&C showcasing her unique style.
Zoe travels the world teaching and you can find
her tutorials online.
For me, Christmas means quality family time,
lots of eating and great board games! Every year
I have to save one of our cakes from the shop
especially for my mum. Last year her request was
a bit cheeky though with a couple extra cakes and
50 cookies for her golf club Christmas raffle!
I also save a couple of mini cakes for my closest
friends who I know really appreciate them, not
like my kids who are more interested in cheap
chocolates from their stockings!
