A self taught Cake Pop Artisan/Decorator Kristie
Tracey, born in Sydney Australia in October of 1983.
Eventually pursuing a career in cake decorating in her
late 20’s and evolving into The Cake Pop Queen in
July of 2011.
Once established, the couture bakery grew into a
founded success. Turning designs into reality, the
pops were made and taken to the local markets,
exhibitions and published over the internet, capturing
the eye of potential clients as well as the media.
Appearances on television such as Ready Steady Cook,
The Project, Studio 10 and Lyndey Milan’s Baking
Secrets, as well as magazines, That’s Life, Modern
Wedding Magazine and Cake! magazine. Kristie also
won competitions, some of which making history for
being the first contender to ever enter cake pops into
a cake decorating competition in Australia.
Kristie now proceeds to grow her successful business
and expand her knowledge of the cake pop business
through teaching.
