Delicious Turkish Delights
You will need

100g Chopped Turkish delight
150g milk chocolate
250g white chocolate
1 x structure/ texture sheet
Tray

Chop your Turkish delight
into small pieces

Cut you structure sheet to fit a 20cm
tray or tin. Apply a thin layer of white
chocolate over the structure sheet.
Using a spatula remove excess
chocolate only leaving behind the
chocolate that is inside the indentation
of the structure sheet. Allow to set
outside of the freezer for 3 minutes
before continuing
Spoon all the brown
chocolate onto the
white chocolate. Set
briefly so that the
brown chocolate is
still slightly tacky.

Mix the Turkish delight into the
remanding white chocolate and
spoon over the brown chocolate.
Tap to allow air bubbles to
escape and chocolate to run
smooth. Allow to set in freezer
till firm.

Peel structure
sheet away
before cutting
into cubes.

Shelf life is
around 2 months
but always more
delicious eaten
fresh.
Store in a box.
