Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients
650ml cake flour
5ml baking powder
3ml teaspoon salt
250g butter, softened
165ml dark brown sugar
165ml granulated sugar
2
large eggs
2tsp vanilla essence
1cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
2. Beat butter and sugar with an electric beater until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla essence.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients.
5. Place onto baking sheets and bake at 180c until lightly browned.
