Coconut nut filling
Ingredients
90ml icing sugar
90ml desiccated
coconut
100g condensed milk
15g melted butter
180ml chopped nuts
5ml vanilla essence
Method
Mix all ingredients together
in a bowl.
Allow to cool
and set in
the fridge
for an hour.
Roll into balls
and dip into
melted chocolate.
