Chocolate Dessert Dishes
There are 2 methods when making dessert dishes
Method 1
Melt chocolate in a microwave oven or double boiler.
Brush the inside of your mould with melted chocolate.
Place in the freezer to set.
Remove from freezer and brush a second time
with melted chocolate.
Place back in the freezer for a further 3 minutes or until
set.
Unmould and ll with dessert of your choice.
Method 2
Melt chocolate in a microwave oven or double boiler.
Fill the mould to the top with melted chocolate.
Place in the freezer.
The chocolate will start to set from the outside
moving towards the center.
After approximately 4 minutes the chocolate would
have set on the outer edge of the mould.
Remove from freezer and pour out the melted center of the chocolate.
Place the mould back into the freezer for a further 4 minutes to complete setting.
Remove from the freezer, unmould and ll with dessert of your choice.
