Biscuit recipe
1 egg beaten
125g butter
125ml castor sugar
500ml cake flour
60ml maizena
5ml baking powder
Vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

Method
Preheat oven to 180c
Cream together butter
and castor sugar.
Add beaten egg and
vanilla essence and beat well
Add flour, maizena and baking powder.
Mix to a firm dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
To make these lovely biscuits on a ribbon simply make your biscuit dough.
Roll out and cut shapes with easy to use Italian cutters. Bake biscuits and then allow to cool.
Dip biscuits into melted chocolate and sprinkle immediately with your choice of sprinkles.
When set string onto a length of ribbon.
