Making a Chocolate Shoe

Cut the top of the
shoe away so that
when the two sides
are placed together
it looks like a real
shoe.
Cut your 3D mould in half and then
trim around the shoe leaving
a 3cm boarder .

Paint in the heel and the sole of
the shoe with melted chocolate.
Pipe stripes, dots, or any pattern
into the mould.

Clip the two sides of the mould
together with bulldog clips.
Pour a different colour chocolate into
the mould and swirl it around ensuring
that the entire mould is covered. Place
in the freezer to set.
When ready remove
from mould.
Stich (pipe) along
the seams using
melted
chocolate.
Decorate
with edibles.
