Decorating a Novelty Cake
with Buttercream Icing
Renowned cake decorator and instructor Adrienne Horn joined us at the
Chocolate Den to teach us how to best decorate a novelty cake using
butter icing.
The technique is simple and not much cake icing experience is required.
If you can pipe a star using a star nozzle then you can decorate any
novelty cake.
Novelty cake pans come in a variety of shapes and designs and often one
tin can be used to create many different designs as well as decorated in
different styles.
