This year’s 2007 BoP was held at
the beautiful Crown Plaza Hotel
located a stones throw from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport.

Our Special Guests this year
were IM Benjamin Finegold
(2614) from Michigan , our very
own IM Altin Celaj (2537) who is
originally from Albania, and the
2007 U.S. Women’s Champion Irina Krush (2512)
The BoP event took place Nov
16th - 18th. There was a blitz
tournament on Friday night and
a parents tournament on Sunday
while the main 8-round championship tournament took place on
Saturday and Sunday.
