The seminar will amplify and explore the
central idea of ‘The Order of Things’. Drawing
on the expertise of three external contributors
and an introductory position paper delivered
by curators Bick, Parsons and Pratt, this
seminar will show how contemporary artists
have built upon, questioned and expanded
the legacy of abstraction, which was such a
crucial early development in the critical and
theoretical development of Modern art.
