The passing of a loved one, young or elderly is never easy and leaves family and friends with a profound sense of loss. When
we receive calls at the Health Foundation to establish a memorial we hear about special people who received loving care from
staff in all areas of the health system who help to ease pain, create comfort, and provide a warm atmosphere. The family and
friends of these loved ones have made donations to honor their memory.
We remember those patients on our Memorial Wall and update the wall each year.
