"It was amazing, by far one of the greatest things I have ever gotten to be apart of. The coolest thing was seeing how many different people showed up to support. There were so many men there supporting their wives or their sisters or their own daughters. It brought me close to tears honestly seeing so many people come together in a time where our country is so divided!"

-Jenna Larcara, Butler High School Junior

"I went to the Women's March...to represent people whose rights are as essential and important as mine, but who may not have the means or safety to have their voices heard. We were a part of something big, and the next step is to keep the momentum going. There's still work to be done."

"I traveled to Washington DC for the Women's March because I wanted to be plugged into a national resistance to the disrespectful, misogynist behavior of Donald Trump before and during his campaign...It was a heartening experience, and I hope that the momentum it built in the city and across the world continues to grow."
