Class spotlight — Beginning Tai Chi Chih Tai Chi Chih is an evi- dence-based mindfulness practice: a non-martial form consisting of 19 flowing movements and a closing pose. The movements are designed to balance and cir- culate our chi; unifying body, mind and spirit. These simple movements can be done standing or sitting and require no special clothing. Tai Chi Chih reduces stress while increasing energy, balance and focus. This six- session course on Wednes- days, March 4 through April 8 from 10:55-11:55 a.m. at the Wilsonville Community Center.
