Randy and Lynn Hitz have been dancing for over 20 years and they would like to share with you some of what they have learned so you can experience the joy of dance. For the most part they will teach American style which can be used in ballroom, country western and night club settings. In the first five lessons, they will focus on the four-count hustle because it can be learned very quickly and it can be used for slow dances, cha cha cha, and, of course, the hustle which has been the most common dance since 1970. The four- count hustle is also a very good founda- tional dance for the east coast swing, fox- trot, waltz, rumba and meringue. Charbonneau resident Randy Hitz was a university dean of education for 27 years and is looking forward to teaching you how to dance. If you have dance questions, call Randy at 503-853-4891.
