New Year...New Beginnings..
Winter 2014/2015 Issue 1
T.H.E. Center Inc.
Greetings and welcome to this first issue of T.H.E. Newsletter! By now I have had the
privilege of meeting some of you and hope to use this new publication as a tool to share
all the great things that happen at T.H.E. Center.
T.H.E. Newsletter is published
seasonally.
For those of you I have not met yet, I look forward to meeting you in the near
future. Since joining T.H.E. Center as the Executive Director, I am excited about the
endless possibilities this organization has to offer. I have grown up in the Valley pretty
much my entire life and although my background has not been directly related to working
with horses, I had the privilege of working in a therapeutic environment with seniors at
the Village Health Care Center for over 10 years. My roles at the Village have varied from
Marketing to organizing large events to bringing awareness to our community. I also
have the privilege of working with the Miss Hemet/Miss San Jacinto Scholarship Program
which empowers young ladies to support their communities and local businesses. I look
forward to bringing my relationships and resources to enhance what T.H.E. Center stands
for.
I commend Linda Raszick, T.H.E. Centers fearless Executive Director for the past
three years for her hard work and dedication in ensuring T.H.E. Centers Success! Although
she is moving on to lounge by the beach, I know she will be forever remembered! I have
some big shoes to fill!
I appreciate the ongoing hard work and dedication of the Board of Directors in
navigating this organization through its tough times to benefit the ultimate cause... To
touch the lives of our amazing students and families.
I invite and encourage you all to be a part of our success in the future by joining
a committee, volunteering your time at our beautiful facility or spreading the word about
our programs and events. I am always here to listen on how we can be better! CHEERS
TO 2015!
