Looking forward
I hosted Scott & White’s Visionaries’ Ball
at my home in Salado in 2008 to celebrate
the completion of Phase I of the Vision
Campaign and the launch of Phase II. We
want to broaden the reaches of Scott &
White to the rural areas of Texas, so
everyone can have access to premium
medical care. If you look over Scott &
White’s history, you can see that’s already
in place.
I want us to continue to grow as a
leader in educating physicians, and to help
address the coming physician shortage. I
see the partnership between Texas A&M
and Scott & White producing the best
physicians in the United States, and
beyond our borders. ■
