Micheal Spohn, MD, chief resident, Emergency Department at Scott & White Healthcare, says the Scott & White name carries a reputation that goes a long way toward opening doors for residents. “Folks who have worked here go straight to work in responsible positions and are way above their peers. Hospitals want more doctors with that kind of experience,” he says. r. Spohn is a decorated officer who served 20 years in the US Air Force, several of those years as a flight surgeon, a physician who provides general medical care to aviation professionals.
