For more than 30 years, Betty Thrasher has been an icon of Central Texas fashion
and a pillar of support for the Baylor Scott & White Health system. Her tireless
efforts have included coordinating fundraising fashion shows and other events to
support Scott & White Medical Center - Temple and, more recently, Baylor Scott
& White McLane Children’s Medical Center. Mrs. Thrasher helped establish the
Visionaries, a group dedicated to fundraising for the children’s hospital.
People who know Mrs. Thrasher know she is passionate about Baylor Scott
& White. Her indomitable personality and generous spirit distinguish her. In her
