Deep in the heart of Texas, an MS patient who had been
told to take CBD by her doctor has lost her job after
failing a drug test. According to the Texas Standard,
Melanie Farr, a drug counsellor in San Antonio, has
fi led a lawsuit against her former employer under the
Americans with Disabilities Act. She argues that since
her employer refused to let her take CBD, she wasn’t
given a reasonable accommodation for her condition.
