position to start on the long road to
gaining novel foods authorisation
on this side of the pond that will
soon be the only route to market
for tinctures and edibles in the UK.

spectrum of customer.
They have also found that the CBD
vape products didn’t really take off,
with consumers sceptical about the
benef its of vaping CBD and some
no doubt unsettled by last year’s
health scare across the US, despite
the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention insisting that black

to blame.
Given the hostility towards vaping
in the US these days and how
readily CBD has been embraced by
