support. She comes to workout with me every
day. I also use this app called Myfitnesspal to
count calories and input daily exercises. I read a
lot and try to educate myself on weight loss so
that I could better understand the process and
how to be successful. So at this point I am down
13.4lbs and counting. What I have learned
about weight loss is it’s not what you eat, but
when and how you eat. To eat anything you
want but in moderation, Stay within your daily
calorie goal, Get up and move if it’s just 30
minutes a day, Take your time and savor the
flavor of everything you put in your mouth. It
takes your brain 20 minutes to realize that you
are having a meal. If you are eating like you are
in a hot dog eating contest, you are not allowing
your brain to do its thing. By the time it does
and it is able to tell you that you are full, you
have already over eaten. I have also learned
that losing weight takes a lifestyle change.
