weight would just come right back. I tried to do
a body detox once eating only fruit, veggies,
drinking only water and 100% juice. These
methods begin to work for me, however, it left
me feeling fatigued and with headaches all the
time. Back in 2011 I tried to take a different
approach. I joined a gym and begin to
incorporate lean meats and protein shakes in
my “Diet” in a matter of 4 weeks I had lost

20lbs! How exciting! But then life’s obstacles
got in the way, I gained every pound back and
messed up my flow. So there I was again back in
the same boat weighing 326 lbs. Later on in the
year I tried again to lose weight, eating the
same and doing Zumba Fitness for an hour
every day I was down to the lowest weight I had
ever been for as far back as I could remember,
I
started to get serious about
getting fit on September 11, 2013.
I was absolutely tired of seeing
myself as being overweight and unhealthy, so I
decided to do something. I have tried a lot of
different “Yo-Yo diets” before just to get fast
results and they worked but, once I stopped the
