Cultivations of Pi Winter 2013 – Non-Chalant
To the Oooooo So Flawless Royal Court,
I thank you for paving the way for women like me and those
to come. I am ever so grateful for the foundation and the vision
you both have created. Alpha Pi Delta Sorority, Inc. would not
be here without you both. I am a better woman because of it.
Visionary is defined as” Thinking about or planning the
future with imagination or wisdom”. I could not think of a
term more perfect for the women special and talented as you.
Without the founding principles, I now know what it means to
be strong women. “It matters not how straight the gate, how
charged with punishments the scroll. I am the master of my
fate, the captain of my soul”. Although I am durable, I am
powerful enough to believe in the strength of sisterhood. I am
thankful to be on this journey because of you. From the deepest
parts of my spirit, I thank you; my heart belongs to Alpha Pi
Delta.
