HOUSE PRICES IN THE SOUTH
WEST CONTINUE TO SOAR

Property Consultants have announced that they
have been appointed to jointly market Minton Place,
Station Road, Swindon with Whitmarsh Lockhart.

The average price of a house in the South
West is higher than anywhere in the UK
outside of London and the South East
and has continued to rise in Q3 2014,
according to the latest Regional Land
report from leading property advisers CBRE.
Off the back of 11% growth in the third
quarter of the year, an increase of 1%
from the previous quarter, CBRE estimates
the average price of a house in the South
West to be £207,420, over £20k more than
that of the UK as a whole (£186,544). This
upward trajectory is predicted to continue,
with CBRE forecasting house prices in the
region to rise by as much as 30% over the
next five years.
