RETURNING FOR 2025

The 2025 TBE Awards sponsored by Thrings Solicitors open for entries on Tuesday 1st April.
Following the success of the inaugural TBE Awards last year, we are excited to once again be celebrating the innovation and entrepreneurship of our local business community, shining the spotlight on our area’ s most progressive and dynamic organisations and individuals.
There are 14 categories to enter, with plenty of opportunities for businesses and not-for-profits to highlight their talent, expertise and achievements whilst showcasing our region’ s thriving business scene.
Simon Holdsworth, Managing Partner at Thrings, said,“ The Business Exchange Awards focus on the dedication, resilience and talent across Swindon, Wiltshire and Bath. At Thrings, we are passionate about championing individuals, businesses and charities that drive innovation, and positive change in our communities- sponsoring TBE Awards allows us to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of organisations making a real impact within our local economy.”
TBE Awards are judged by some of our area’ s most influential entrepreneurs and business growth partners, including Paddy Bradley MBE, Dr Ali Hadavizadeh and Thrings’ Partner and Head of Commercial, Kate Westbrook.
Kate has been a judge for The Business Exchange for eight years, judging the precursor to the TBE Awards, the Techies.
Kate said,“ Judging The Business Exchange Awards is always an inspiring experience. Each year, we see incredible stories of innovation, determination and success. These awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the talent and hard work that make our region thrive. It’ s an honour to be part of the judging panel and to help recognise the outstanding contributions of these remarkable organisations.”
The awards have been designed so that there’ s a category for everyone including Best Start-up, Leader of the Year, Rising Star and Charity / Not-For-Profit of the Year.
Last year’ s winners include Bath-based workplace experts Interaction, who took home the Dream Team Award; Bath Arts Collective who won Charity / Not-For-Profit of the Year; and business transformation experts, Nine Feet Tall, who took home the Flying the Flag for the South West Award.
