The Future Smiths was set up to advance entrepreneurship and innovation in the Swindon and Wiltshire area . Its previous programmes , including the Future Forge Business Growth Programme received exceptional feedback . The Future Smiths was co-founded by Duncan Robinson and Simone Ward-Baptiste . Before setting up The Future Smiths Duncan had a long corporate career working in Corporate Responsibility for Npower , and Simone worked as an Enterprise Advisor for Outset .

START-UP SUPPORT
The Fit For Future Programme
The Fit for Future Start-up Programme offers fully funded one-to-one business advice , skills training and grants to anyone thinking of starting a business in the Wiltshire Council local authority area .
The support is open to all companies under 24 months old . Workshops will be running throughout the county to whet your appetite , with further eightweek cohorts being delivered for those wanting to take their businesses to the next level .
RURAL HUBS
The Fit For Future Programme
The Rural Hubs Programme is designed to help you make a significant impact within your community . Whether you run a local shop , community pub , farm shop , childminding service , or any other rural business or organisation .
This programme offers resources , guidance and support to enhance your services and make a positive difference .
GRANT FUNDING
From £ 1,500 - £ 20,000
If you ’ ve got a project to ignite growth that could do with some funding , grants are available from £ 1,500 - £ 20,000 .
Whether you ’ re looking to invest in new equipment , technology , or other essential assets , these grants are designed to help .
The team will assist you through the entire process , from business planning to making a strong case for your grant application .
