A Net Promotor Score is a customer loyalty and satisfaction measurement taken from asking customers how likely they are to recommend a product or service to others on a scale of 0-10 . It is a cross-sector recognised form of assessing customer loyalty , satisfaction and enthusiasm towards a company . For the Technology and Services sector , the average score is 61 . Vysiion is currently at 82 and in the 18 months the company has been actively monitoring the score , it has never dropped below 73 , with a highest score of 88 .

Decent Group ' s award-winning entry focused on its work for Blackpool Illuminations with Lightworks . The team created an automated switch-on and LED control system to manage one million LED lamps connected by 100 miles of cabling . The system automatically orders new bulbs and other parts before they run out .

The firm ' s Tech Team of the Year entry focused on its dedication to diversity and inclusion and the in-house culture it has developed . The judges were particularly impressed with A2Z Cloud ' s commitment to championing women in tech and inspiring the next generation with more than half the workforce under 30 . They also liked how the company brings the team together through a number of initiatives including its ' Team Tuesday '.
