Building on the success of last year ’ s digital conference entitled ' Engage , Evolve , Grow ', this year ’ s event will again offer stimulating keynote sessions and a greater number of workshops covering all angles of how to do business brilliantly , both now and into the future . Workshops will be delivered by local experts and will include topics such as digital transformation , sustainability , customer service ,

Alison North is director of her own small business and is SME Representative and Co-Deputy Chair on the SWLEP Board . Alison , said , “ Many of us in the small business world are finding today ’ s changeable and volatile economy a real challenge and maybe one that we haven ’ t experienced before .
