Recent Team recruits include Paul Brame ( Senior Associate ), Giles Waterson ( Paralegal ) and Caroline Webb ( Secretary ), with two further new members set to join the Swindon office later this month .
Paul Brame joined Bower Bailey in 2020 with over 25 years ’ experience in commercial property and with specialist expertise in real estate secured lending , having acted for banks , private funders and borrowers on a variety of transactions across all sectors .
In addition , Paul has vast experience of acting for developers , investors and corporate occupiers locally and nationally assisting with their legal property requirements and strategy .
