The ‘ Home Working Event ’ was Herman Miller ’ s November 2020 campaign which also ran across the Black Friday weekend ; with an inviting 15 % off across the online retail store .
Infinity Nation Strategized by boosting the marketing budget to give the campaign a strong start and magnified visibility among the target audience with increased non-brand and display visibility .
Pay Per Click ( PPC ) copy and social messaging was updated to incorporate the event messaging providing synergy between search and website landings .
Budget was pushed again across the Black Friday weekend ; increasing brand visibility as well as setting live retargeting tactics to push for conversions from users who had added to basket but not yet converted .
