Corsham is a medieval market town with royal connections which is on the edge of the Cotswolds - it was originally known as Cosseha and much of its early wealth derived from the wool and stone trades . It is well known for its free roaming peacocks who live at Corsham Court which is central to the town . The mansion house was originally linked to King Ethelred . Today the town is thriving with a population of around 13,000 . In Wiltshire it ’ s rapidly becoming known as a digital hub with the establishment of the Digital Mansion House on Pickwick Road .
