BUSINESS NEWS
A GRAND RE-OPENING
Hilperton’s Grangeside Workspace is under
new ownership and reopened in September
2018 after a full refurbishment.
Innovative web design agency
brings new look to Bradford on
Avon’s online profile
The team at Boson Web, based at the Glove
Factory in Holt are thrilled to be chosen
as the creative minds behind two new websites
linked to Bradford On Avon Town Council.
They are now working in partnership with
the town council to showcase Bradford
on Avon on the council’s tourism site and
the council’s own website – with a view to
creating a modern and fresh shop window
for the town, the town council and the
surrounding area.
The new-look tourist information website
will appeal to potential tourists from afar,
tourists who are more local to the South
West, potential residents and the existing
community. Events calendars and new
attractions will be live on the website
with contributions from businesses and
organisers within and around the town.
The new town council site will also
have a fresh look, be less crowded and will
provide timely notices on council updates
and decisions. Both websites will be easy to
manage so new information can be posted
quickly.
The tourist information website is
expected to go live in December 2018 while
the new Town Council website will be
launched in the new year.
Richard Anderson, founder of Boson Web,
said: “We are utterly delighted to be working
alongside the team at the town council and
we applaud their fresh, unconventional
attitude to website design for local
government.
“Bradford on Avon, as a town, has so
much to offer in terms of its heritage,
facilities, local businesses, walks and as
a place to visit or live. We are bringing
the colour, energy and vibrancy of this
community to the internet to encourage

people to visit Bradford on Avon or, in the
case of the council website, to actively
engage with the council online.
“We’re working towards a clean, modern
and fresh look to show Bradford on Avon is a
town for everyone of all ages.”
The decision to work with Boson is part of
a wider move by the town council to embrace
the talent available in local businesses.
Leader of the Council, Cllr Dom Newton
said:“We’re very pleased to be working with
Boson Web for the redesign of both the
tourism site, supporting a key industry in the
town, and our Town Council online presence.
“Boson are a well-respected, local
business of the sort that seems to really
thrive in this town, and our partnership with
them on this project, along with the recently
announcement procurement of another local
business, Systemagic, on strategic and day-
to-day IT, shows the council leading the way
in supporting our great local businesses –
thereby keeping resources in the local area,
and building relationships that will benefit
the town in years to come.”
Boson, an award-winning web design
agency, is increasingly working with clients
wanting more than simple design. The team
are attracting more clients for whom the
online landscape is critical to their business,
many having multiple websites – sometimes
in several languages - which need to work
together seamlessly.
Recent clients include global brand Prima
Dental, Global translation and localisation
company, RWS and Prospect Hospice

The business centre which is hosted in
a country house setting, is now owned
by husband and wife team Andrew and
Lynn Cresci who returned to the UK
from America having enjoyed successful
careers in interior design and information
technology. They’ve brought their past
experience to create a professional
working environment whilst retaining the
personal touch of a country property.
Grangeside offers 11 self-contained,
fully serviced offices spread across
three floors. The high-quality offices can
accommodate one to eight staff members
and are furnished to your requirements.
There are also two fully equipped and
refurbished kitchen areas within the
centre. It is surrounded by beautiful
countryside giving you time to think and
get creative. And it is also a stone’s throw
from Trowbridge which is well-served by
its railway station and selection of shops.
Andrew Cresci said: “After a year of
lovingly restoring the property, we’re
delighted to have welcomed our first
tenant and can’t wait to open the doors to
new businesses in 2019.
“We’ve tried to simplify the offering
for our clients, giving them everything
they need from meeting room facilities
to modern security systems, dedicated
phone lines and free parking.
“If you would like to pop in for a tour
please give us a call. We’d be delighted to
show you round.”
