Accountant Nathan Pound has joined the team at Haines
Watts Swindon as an accounts senior.
The 25-year-old has recently started at the Old Town firm
of chartered accountants and business advisors to expand
his skills and experience after working with another practice
in the town.
Nathan said: “It’s been great to join such a supportive and
welcoming team. I’ve spent a lot of time previously looking
at personal tax and now I’m looking forward to broadening
my skills and experience across a whole range of financial
support for successful SMEs in Swindon and elsewhere.”

Leading audit, tax and consulting
firm RSM has announced the
appointment of experienced partner
Paul Baldwin.
Paul joins the Swindon team as a
corporation tax professional, having
worked in senior roles within the Big
Four and specialist firms for over
20 years.
Paul has advised businesses
on financing, restructuring and
investment, as well as compliance,
since 1996.
In his new role, Paul will have
responsibility for building and
developing RSM’s corporate tax
team and growing the firm’s
corporate tax business locally, in
addition to supporting clients to
achieve their business goals.
