How have the last 8 months faired? Juice has absolutely loved the past 8 months – establishing new and exciting partnerships with the Swindon market. What are the current recruitment conditions like in Swindon? With unemployment being at an all-time low, the market has changed dramatically over the past nine months. It is very much a candidate lead market and each candidate has numerous opportunities available to them. We therefore work very closely to identify their needs in order that we secure the perfect role for them and the ideal candidate for our client.
