DataPro Tools helps Salesforce
users become GDPR compliant
Chippenham-based software developer Quality
System Solutions (QSS) has created a new app to
help companies using the Salesforce CRM manage
privacy details in accordance with GDPR (General Data
Protection Regulation).
The countdown to the GDPR deadline is fast approaching
and as of May 25, 2018, organisations who are not ready
need to act fast to avoid any penalties associated with a
data breach.
American-owned Salesforce is working to adapt their
offering for EU customers, but for many the fix won’t come
soon enough.
Quality System Solutions (QSS) recognised the need in
the marketplace for swift results for Salesforce customers.
They created an easy to use app to ensure users are
managing individual’s privacy data correctly.
Designed for both Salesforce Classic and Lightening
users, the app features include:
Lawful Basis & Process Management
Consent Reasoning
Channel Preferences
Right to be Deleted
Proof of Deletion
Privacy Criteria Search
Bulk Update & Delete
Privacy Permissions Grid
Withdraw Date Setting
DataPro Tools is a product developed by QSS (Quality

THE IT GUY MOVES ON BY
BECOMING MINTIVO
Exciting changes have been happening for the
Wiltshire-based IT company formerly known as
The IT Guy – and the first is a re-brand to Mintivo.
The new look and new name comes as the
company develops its services and now offers
fully managed IT support, infrastructure
management, IT consultancy and Cloud
technology for small and large businesses.
Mark Adams, co-founder and director,
said; “We’re still offering the same
services to smaller businesses as we’ve
done throughout the last two years. We
provide unlimited computer support from
five employees up to a workforce of 300.
However we are thrilled to now be in a
position to offer support to much larger
companies with more complex IT needs.”
Over the last two months the team of
four – including co-directors Mark and Jake
Jefferies have been joined by two other
directors – Steve Healy and Chris Gough.
Steve Healy, who has been working with
the Chippenham-based company for two
months, is the new managing director. He
is the former CEO and founder of ITS, an IT
technical solutions company which was sold

to RFL Communications in 2015. Steve took
some time out after the sale of the business
which he founded and nurtured for a
decade. Now he’s back in business working
strategically to grow and develop Mintivo.
He said: “I have joined Mintivo as
managing director to develop and steer
the business strategy, my knowledge and
experience in this area will prove to be
valuable for the business to achieve its
ambitious goals.”
Joining Steve is Chris Gough as the
technical director who has a background
in delivering responsive and seamless IT
infrastructure for bigger companies. He
also has strong expertise around cyber-
security. Chris has been an independent IT
infrastructure consultant typically working
Mintivo directors Jake Jefferies and Mark Adams
for companies with a turnover of £60m to
£200m.
Mark said: “Over the last two years, the
business has been going incredibly well. We
always had a vision to grow and develop the
services we can offer and welcoming Steve
and Chris helps us work towards that goal.
We are very excited about the future for
Mintivo and for our team.”
