A round-up of the latest business news
Welcome to the June/July edition of The
Business Exchange Swindon & Wlitshire.
This issue celebrates local manufacturing
with our special ‘Made in Wiltshire’
feature. Turn to pages 14-15 where we
profile Dents (our cover story), McCarron
& Co and Muso Mirror showcasing the
diversity of skills and craftsmanship we
have in the region.
I can’t wait for the return of South West
Expo this month, taking place at STEAM
on June 29 (find out more on page 5).
The show is always a great opportunity
to meet new contacts and catch up with
long-term business friends and associates.
Do visit our stand on the day to meet
the team and find out more about our
offering. I will also be getting up bright
and early to attend the pre-show business
breakfast. It’s not to be missed!
Preparations are now underway for our
special August/September edition. This
magazine will celebrate four years of The
Business Exchange in Swindon & Wiltshire
and will be a bumper edition. Always
our most read issue of the year, we will
be listing Swindon & Wiltshire’s Top 100
businesses ranked by turnover. In this
one we’ll also launch our fourth ‘Start-
up September’ competition, set up to
support start-ups in their first three years
in business. Each day of September we’ll
be raffling a prize on Twitter to help a new
company in the county go for growth. To
find out more about either feature, please
drop me a line.
Happy reading.
