Shift into a focused mindset . Believe that the person you are about to call is going to want to hear from you . CHECK OUT - RESEARCH Who are your prospects ? What ’ s their business ? Google them ; check them out on social media .
What could be your hook , common ground , and link with them ? CONNECT Always ask yourself how you can bring value to this person and business ? Be relaxed , but energised . Keep hydrated . Take a deep breath and dial ; always dial a mobile number first , landline second . Be warm , interested and smile . Listen out for their tone and pace - reflect this back
CONSULT It ’ s all about THEM , surprisingly NOT about you or your product .
Don ’ t push product , but pull information about their business , build rapport and find the problem you can solve .
Listen carefully , it ’ s really important to use the same words and phrases that they use .
CONSIDER
Having qualified and listened to your prospect , you can now reflect and make suggestions as to which product or service would be the best fit for them . COMMIT Send an email confirming the content of your conversation and what you aim to cover in the subsequent appointment , remember to use their language and add your personality to the message . WILTSHIRE COMPANIES CONJURE UP MODERN LOOK

A collaboration between IT specialists Systemagic and web development company Boson has led to a new look .
Systemagic launched its new brand this month with the support of project manager Fiona Major , from Boson , which is based in Bradford on Avon .
James Eades , managing director of Systemagic , said : “ This has been a journey with Boson who guided and supported us to move our branding to another level which reflects our growth and continuing success . We feel the new look is contemporary and matches how we feel about the business and how our clients feel about us .”
The new brand moves away from red and black and into a pink spectrum of colours and design which now runs through all of Systemagic ’ s marketing tools including website , company clothing and vehicles .
For Boson , working with the Systemagic team has been a dream project which has taken five months to complete .
