Launch of Novia Recruitment
A new recruitment agency is on the block dealing exclusively with
senior level appointments for PLCs, owner-managed businesses,
SMEs and third sector organisations across the south west.
Based in Chippenham, Novia currently has a team of three
experienced consultants with over 35 years of combined
industry experience between them.
We met with founder TIm Barfoot to find out more
about the firm.
What makes the Novia offering different?
Novia was born out of my passion and enthusiasm
for talent acquisition. We offer a unique approach to
fulfilling appointments, with a superior search selection
and matching service. We only source highly skilled

I was frustrated by a recruitment industry in which
passing a pile of CVs to a client is seen as a job done.

contract or freelance positions and we work quickly and
effectively to ensure the right fit with minimum hassle.

Who is your dream customer?

What are your aspirations for the business?
