MADE IN WILTSHIRE
The South West region, of which Wiltshire is a part, has higher
than average economic activity as well as rates of employment
and lower rates of unemployment.
All of this is good news and should be celebrated. It’s often
forgotten that in our own county, people make and grow
things – from car parts, to tyres, to skin care products to
food. The list is endless. There’s a local supplier for most
things and some will surprise you.
As a county we have a diverse economy with economic
drivers such as Swindon and Salisbury and growing towns
including Chippenham and Trowbridge.
