CARTER JONAS RECRUITS
HEAD OF SOUTH WEST
INDUSTRIAL TEAM
Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy,
has strengthened its UK industrial team with the
appointment of Alison Williams as an associate
partner in the South West.
Alison worked for eight years at Alder King,
expanding the firm’s industrial property
offering, during which period she achieved
the accolade of Deal Maker of the Year
from Estates Gazette. Most recently, Alison
headed the Commercial agency team at
Kavanaghs, enhancing its presence across
the region.

Throughout her 20 years in the industry,
Alison has worked with a number of public
and private sector clients including Baker
Tilly, Prudential, Thames Water and Defence
Estates, where she was responsible for sale
of land declared surplus to the requirements
of the Ministry of Defence.
Philip Marshall, Head of the Bath office,

strength of the property market in the
South West, now is an ideal time to expand
