Microsoft Lync integration with Vodafone OneNet
It’s always good to see two big brands collaborating
to make life easier for the rest of us. It doesn’t happen
often, but when it does, it should be applauded. One such
collaboration is between software giant Microsoft and
mobile network operator Vodafone.
Vodafone have integrated Microsoft Lync Online Enterprise
Voice into their One Net platform to provide a range of
benefits for users. It’s a great move that will offer tangible
benefits to users of either solution.
Microsoft Lync Online Enterprise Voice is built into Office 365
and provides instant messaging, VoIP features and project
collaboration tools. By using the expertise gained from
buying Skype, Microsoft have been able to create a VoIP
system within Lync that is actually pretty good.
