No. 15 Great Pulteney Transformation Project

For this particular project it was essential that No. 15 was supported by seamless technology. The building brought a unique challenge in ensuring strong wifi signal was in every bedroom as well as the underground and public areas, by using modern wifi technology this was achieved and supported by a super fast fibre optic internet connection. This solution has allowed the hotel to open its facilities for regular corporate bookings as well as give guests the connectivity they expect from such an impressive property. Managing Director of No. 15, Jonathan Walker said:“ We are absolutely delighted with the service and approach from Systemagic, they are true business partners and really value strong relationships. I would recommend their services to other companies either with a demanding project or someone looking for ongoing support.”

Bringing Hawker Joinery into the Modern World of Technology

With their 100th year anniversary just a couple of months away it was an exciting challenge to help Hawker Joinery by bringing them into the modern era of technology. Their IT system consisted of one old-fashioned computer, a chair and an old typewriter. In this modern era, the company needed to embrace technology fast or it would soon become invisible to new customers and they realised that. Systemagic installed a modern IT system including fibre broadband, VoIP telephones, new PCs, printers and an accounts and quoting system which supercharges the quotation and invoicing process. Commercial Director of Hawker Joinery Mitchell Thomas said:“ This new technology has given us a new lease of life. Processes which were time-consuming have become quick and easy which is allowing us to get on with the profession we love.”
