Bath-based change management consultancy Nine Feet Tall has been named in The Sunday Times ‘ Best Places to Work ’ list for 2024 .
The annual awards , powered by WorkL , recognise organisations that have consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing , measured by surveying the employees themselves .
The accolade comes as Nine Feet Tall celebrates its 20th anniversary this year . Founder and CEO Esther McMorris set up the business back in 2004 with an ambition to create a consultancy focussed on employee wellbeing , inclusion and collaboration .
