Hummingbird HR Services offers new and prospective clients an HR Healthcheck as part of its initial consultation service . This is a great way for us to get to know your business and the types of issues you are experiencing . The time this takes will depend on the level of detail provided however , we would expect the questionnaire to take approximately an hour . We will then aim to provide a report within 7 days .
