Celebrating eight years in business SWBF celebrated its eighth anniversary in 2022 and we are proud that the company is continuing to grow and develop .
We have invested in both our team and its culture this year , welcoming two new partners to the team and signing up to the Women in Business Charter .

Award Winners We were the proud recipient of the ‘ Buy to Let Broker of the Year ’ Award at the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers ( NACFB ) Awards 2022 . We also came highly commended in the Rising Star Category . We were so delighted to be recognised in front of both our industry body and our peers .
Charity Champions This year , we have raised over £ 10,000 for our chosen charity Prostate Cancer UK . We are very proud of our team ’ s fundraising efforts , which included ‘ March the month ’ where some of the team completed 11,000 steps per day in March , our Charity Golf Day at Cumberwell Park and our sponsored cycle where the team completed 500 miles on exercise bikes in one day ! Thank you to everyone who ’ s supported and donated to this extremely worthwhile cause .

2022 has probably been one of our most challenging yet , with a context of rising energy prices , interest rates , inflation and uncertainty . We continue to support our clients through this changing landscape and will always look at how best to advise them and help them to respond to the rising costs and uncertain environment .

We have access to over 200 lenders in the marketplace and pride ourselves on our knowledge of the market and ability to find solutions for our clients , whether that be from business loans to support cashflow , to commercial deals or property investment and development transactions .
