Our story started over a decade ago with a desire to create a different kind of agency . A place where we could be successful and give something back . I like to call it a ‘ do well and do good ’ kind of culture . We view this in relation to people , planet and profit .
Fast forward ten years , we are a fastgrowing network of entirely distributed creative , marketing and lead generation agencies , all with a shared passion to make life better in work and outside work – it all starts with our people .
To deliver the best agency service for our clients , we start at the core , creating a working environment where our people can thrive and excel . Our people are our shareholders ; they flexibly work from home or wherever they feel works best for them , no commuting , clock-watching or agency politics . Reinvented workplace The pandemic has transformed the world of work beyond recognition . Organisations are working harder now to reinvent themselves in the new context of the ‘ workplace ’. We are fortunate to have the original founding team members still with us a decade on , whilst successfully attracting new talent . Our latest recruits have actively demonstrated the
growing need for change in the workplace , by voting with their feet . Some have joined us after breaking away from outdated structures , in favour of greater autonomy , flexibility and most importantly , trust . They are all looking for an up-to-date , modern employee experience . We all agree that we work at our best when we can enjoy and experience a full life outside of work . We believe that business should do everything in its power to enable that .
