Getting Together Again

We’ re all desperate for some socially-distanced face to face time and the spacious and award-winning Bath’ s Historic Venues are the places to do it! An added bonus to hiring one of these beautiful venues is knowing you are also helping to preserve and maintain these historically important buildings and collections for future generations.

As we all know, an inspiring location really enhances a business event and these worldrenowned spaces top the polls for atmosphere. The Roman Baths and Pump Room is the perfect venue for drinks receptions and dinners. By evening, when the tourists are gone and the torches are lit, the venue is magical and much of the complex is still accessible to explore, and private tours can be arranged on request. You can be in the fresh air alongside the thermal waters while also being protected from the weather by the Terrace above. Dinner could be bowl food around the Baths, or dinner and dancing in the elegant Pump Room which also has a stage for live music, and a dance floor. If you are looking to wow your guests, the combination of a unique ancient monument, a naturally hot spring and incredible food and service will ensure your event is a social highlight.
The Assembly Rooms is Bath’ s most adaptable venue space, with a beautifully preserved Georgian interior and a capacity for 500. The spaces here are lofty, airy and bright
with plenty of space for social distancing. Four interconnecting rooms give plenty of scope for a conference, exhibition or awards ceremony. Rooms can also be hired out individually and summer parties in the Card Room and small outside garden are the perfect way to entertain clients or reward staff, whilst shared Christmas parties are so popular that they sell out months in advance. A competitive DDR package also includes free entry to the Roman Baths, Fashion Museum and Victoria Art Gallery and business event delegates can enjoy heavily reduced rail fares from London and beyond.
Did you know that you can also hire the Victoria Art Gallery for a drinks reception for up to 150 people? Located centrally and just a short stroll from the train station, this is a fantastic and inspiring setting. The grand Upper Gallery houses a fine collection of art and the Lower Gallery is a contemporary space with a changing exhibition programme, making for an intimate, special atmosphere, or‘ private view’ style event.
